How long does setup take?

Setup is fast and straightforward. Shuttledesk connects directly to your PMS (such as Mews) and automatically syncs reservations and services. After configuration and branding, hotels can typically start with a pilot quickly and scale from there.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Shuttledesk is a web-based platform. There is nothing to install for hotel staff, guests, or drivers. Guests simply receive a secure link to the guest portal, and staff work from the central dashboard.

Can we use our own transport partners?

Yes. Shuttledesk is designed to work with your existing transport partners, including external taxi companies and drivers. They can be managed and assigned directly within the platform.

What if we already manage transfers another way?

Shuttledesk can replace or complement your current process. Existing transfers can be created manually or imported, while future reservations are handled automatically via PMS synchronisation. This removes manual coordination, emails, and spreadsheets, while keeping full control in one system.
